The apartment is situated in a mature residential neighbourhood, within the secure development “ La Bahia de Banus”, which sits mid way between San Pedro and Puerto Banus, and around 150 metres from the sea.

From the apartment, a five minute walk will get you to the 5 star Guadalpin Banus Hotel, which is situated on the famous Mistral beach with its restaurants, bars, sun beds and water sports.

From here, a further ten minute walk along the beach to the east, past a variety of beach clubs, bars and restaurants, brings you to Puerto Banus itself.

With a car, you can drive to Puerto Banus in five minutes, and Marbella town in ten minutes. Malaga City and airport is around 40 minutes away by car.

Around 30 golf courses are positioned along the coast, with around ten of them within 15 minutes drive.

Literally dozens of restaurants are available to suit all tastes and budgets.

Shops can be found in Puerto Banus, as well as Marbella town, and also at the area’s largest shopping and leisure complex “ La Canada” which is 15 minutes by car.

Gibraltar is around 50 minutes to the south west, and Sotogrande is a 40 minute drive.

The beautiful old town of Ronda, is 45 minutes drive up the mountain, inland to the north west.
