Strict maximum number of guests per stay, 4 adults (16 or over) plus two children (under 16).

Prices quoted below are for High Season – Departures in May through September, plus Easter school holidays, plus December 20 through 31

For low Season departures, deduct 20 % from above prices.

Prices include full use of all equipment within apartment, including electric, water, SKY TV.

A £1000 returnable deposit is also payable, two weeks before departure, to be refunded in full once satisfactory inspection has taken place following your stay. We reserve the right to charge and deduct from this deposit, at our discretion, for any damage done to the apartment or its fixtures, fittings or equipment during your stay, or from excessive use of electricity and water, during your stay.

A compulsory charge of £25 per person per stay will be added to the tariff price of all holidays, regardless of duration, to cover cleaning and laundry.

For example, four persons staying for 10 nights, high season, will be charged £2100 accommodation, plus £100 cleaning = £2200 total, plus refundable deposit of £1000.

Be met and greeted at the apartment by the property manager, who will show you all amenities within the apartment and the development. He will leave his details in case you have further queries during your stay £30

Mid holiday clean of the apartment, by the maid of approx 3-4 hours £50

Mid holiday change of bed sheets, by the maid, and clean of dirty laundry £15 per bed

Full fridge welcome pack including water, milk, wine, beer, juice, bread, fruit, vegetables, cheese, ham, cereals, yoghurts, etc… £75

Payment, by way of deposit of £300, to be made at the time of booking

Balance of total payment to be made, by cheque payable to PN & EF Thompson 6 weeks before departure
